Transparency
How this works, openly
Trust is the whole point. This page explains how contributions are handled, who is accountable, and how impact will be reported.
How the wallet works
Contributions are sent directly by you, from your own wallet, to a single public XRP Ledger receiving address. XRPCoffee.org is non-custodial: we never hold, control, or have access to your wallet, your private keys, or your seed phrase.
Because the receiving address is public, anyone can independently verify activity on a blockchain explorer at any time. Transparency is built into the ledger itself.

Network: XRP Ledger (XRPL). Anyone can independently verify activity at this address.
This is the project's dedicated wallet. The impact dashboard counts only contributions received from 7 June 2026 onward, so the wallet's initial setup funding is not shown as campaign impact.
Who operates this & how the wallet is controlled
How the project is run, how the wallet is controlled, how funds are used, and how we report:
- Operator: XRPCoffee.org is currently founded and run by Brice Gateka (founder), and contributions are founder-managed for now. A dedicated non-profit foundation is planned to manage funds as the project grows — the founder is exploring a crypto-friendly jurisdiction (the UAE / ADGM is under consideration), subject to legal and tax review. We make no nonprofit or tax-deductibility claims unless and until that is legally established.
- Wallet control: The public receiving wallet is currently controlled solely by the founder via a single signing key. Custody and signing will be formalised under the planned foundation's governance as the project grows. XRPCoffee.org stays non-custodial toward supporters — we never hold, access, or request your wallet, keys, or seed phrase.
- Fund usage: Contributions fund the impact milestones on this site, released against milestones and reported with receipts where possible. At least 90% of contributions go toward impact; up to 10% may cover essential operating costs (hosting, transaction fees, administration). Actual figures appear in the monthly transparency updates.
- Reporting: Transparency updates are published monthly by the founder (and, in future, the foundation) — covering wallet activity, milestone progress, and, once impact work begins, receipts, photos, and short reports.
How funds and milestones are reported
As real contributions arrive, progress will be tracked against the milestones on the Impact page and shared in transparency updates.
At launch, the dashboard shows honest zero-states — we would rather show a real zero than an impressive-looking number that isn't real.
Reporting cadence: monthly. Updates include wallet-activity summaries, milestone progress, and — once impact work begins — receipts, photos, and short reports.
