Our mission

Small gifts, real impact

XRPCoffee.org turns the simplest act of generosity — buying someone a coffee — into visible, real-world impact in Burundi, powered by XRP.

What XRPCoffee.org is

XRPCoffee.org is a voluntary community-support initiative. The idea is deliberately simple: contribute the value of a coffee in XRP, and help fund practical, visible improvements in Burundi.

It is a movement and a real-world XRP use case — built on honesty, not hype. It is not a company selling shares, and it is not a financial product.

Why XRP

Small gifts only work if sending them is cheap and fast. XRP settles in seconds with very low fees, which makes contributing the price of a coffee practical from almost anywhere in the world.

It also makes giving transparent: contributions land at a public address that anyone can verify on a blockchain explorer.

Why coffee

A coffee is a universal, friendly unit of generosity. Everyone understands what it means to buy someone a coffee.

Framing support as coffees keeps contributions small, human, and easy to picture — and lets the community add up many small gifts into something meaningful.

Why Burundi

Burundi is where the founder's roots and focus are. It is a place where modest amounts of support can make a tangible, practical difference.

The early focus is on the basics that unlock opportunity: digital access, reliable power for learning, and small community-infrastructure improvements.

What “real-world impact” means

Real-world impact means funding specific, visible things and then showing the proof — not vague promises.

As contributions arrive, progress will be tracked against clear milestones and reported openly, with receipts, photos, and updates once impact work begins.

The long-term vision

Over time, XRPCoffee.org aims to grow into a transparent, XRP-powered way to fund a series of community milestones — each one documented and verifiable.

The ambition is bold, but the approach is grounded: start small, prove it honestly, and let the community decide how far it goes.

Why transparency matters

In crypto, trust is earned. We would rather show an honest zero than an impressive number that isn't real.

Every figure on this site is either real or clearly labelled as illustrative, the receiving wallet is public, and contributions are always voluntary gifts with no expectation of financial return.
