XRPCoffee.org is a voluntary donation and community-support initiative and a real-world XRP use case. Contributions are voluntary gifts.

It is not an investment, security, equity, debt, token sale, or financial product, and it offers no expectation of financial return. There is no XRPCoffee token or coin.

You send XRP yourself, from your own wallet. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, so contributions cannot be refunded.

Always confirm the address and amount before sending, and only contribute what you are comfortable giving. Crypto values fluctuate.

We never control, hold, or access your wallet, private keys, or seed phrase. You are responsible for your own wallet security and for sending to the correct address.

We are not responsible for losses caused by user error, such as sending to an incorrect address.

Nothing on this site is financial, tax, or legal advice. Please consult your own advisors, and do not assume contributions are tax-deductible unless that is explicitly confirmed after legal review.

Milestones are goals we aim to fund, not guarantees. We report progress transparently, including honest zero-states.

Any supporter recognition, badges, or wall listings are recognition only and carry no monetary value.

Don't misuse the site, impersonate the project or others, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site links to and relies on third parties (such as X, Telegram, blockchain explorers, and our database and hosting providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XRPCoffee.org and its founder are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site or from contributing — including losses from crypto volatility, network issues, or user error.

We may update these terms as the project evolves; the date above reflects the latest version.
